LIFESTYLE FITNESS: FEMALE MUSCLE & FITNESS
This training program is made for ladies trying to take a well-rounded approach to their training so they can look good, feel good, and live their life through fitness! You will train 4 days per week and complete 12 weeks of strength and fitness focused training sessions built specifically for a female’s needs. Training is focused on effective dosages of compound lifts, isolation exercises, and circuits that will help you build strength and sculpt a feminine physique without spending several hours at the gym. That way you make gains and still have plenty of time to enjoy your life!
This is our Lifestyle Fitness line of training programs and is made for all experience levels (6 months – 3+ years of lifting). It serves as a great program for anyone who wants to build their fitness while still being able to devote time to other hobbies/areas of their life.
The program is pre-written but can be modified using the drop-down menus included for each exercise. Additionally, a full instruction guide is included which teaches you how to customize the program for your specific needs!
TRAINING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 6 months of consistent lifting.
This program is well suited for lifters of all experience levels who have been training consistently for at least 6 months.
It serves as a great program for anyone who wants to build their fitness while still being able to devote time to other hobbies/areas of their life.

TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION:
- Frequency: 4 Training Sessions Per Week
- Equipment Needed: Full Gym Access or Home Gym w/ Rack, Barbell, and Dumbbells
- Training Focus: Full Body Strength & Fitness with Female Emphasis (glutes, shoulders, etc.)

- Tuesday – Rest
- Wednesday – Workout 2
- Thursday – Rest
- Friday – Workout 3
- Saturday – Workout 4
- Sunday – Rest
WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU FINISH:
You have the option of running through this program a second time with new exercises in order to make it feel new and exciting. Also, you can check out one of our other programs that have a more specific goal such as our Bodybuilding or Functional Fitness line of training programs.
