In order to know if we will be a good fit, we have to get to know each other. That’s why the coaching process starts with a free consultation where we will discuss your goals and expectations in depth!
After our initial consult, we will go through an in-depth assessment to get a clear picture of your baseline. This includes movement and diet analysis along with a breakdown of training history, injury history, etc.
After careful consideration of the information I have gathered, I will design a comprehensive training and nutrition program that will have you hitting PR’s and seeing gains in your physique like never before!
As you improve over time, I will continually redesign and revamp your program to help you reach new heights. Your feedback and progress will inform each new decision we make for a truly individualized experience!
